Parents Evenings 2012

Students have been pre-assigned Parents Evenings on Monday 30 January, Tuesday 7 February and Thursday 9 February. The evenings commence at 5:30 pm and provide an opportunity to discuss students progress with subject teachers.

An appointments system will be in operation on this evening. You will be able to book your appointment online by logging on.

Once there you need to enter the following information :

• Parent’s Surname - Student's Surname (please use this, even if that is not your surname)
• Your email address if you wish to receive confirmation by email
• Student's date of birth (DOB)
• Student's First Name(s)
• Student's Surname
• Student's Register Class (this is the first letter of the student’s tutor group)

Once you have provided this information, you will see a screen with tabs of our subject areas; when you click on the subject area you will see a list of teachers and times, and you can click on an available slot.

If for any reason you are unable to book your appointment online at home, students will be able to do this at college.

If you are unable to attend the Parents’ Evening but would like to discuss your son/daughters progress with staff, please contact the college to arrange a mutually convenient time.
