President
Dilara Changis
Duties include:
(i) To oversee the running of the student Executive, and to organise its activities.
(ii) To chair meetings of the Executive.
(iii) To delegate responsibilities for specific matters to relevant officers.
(iv) To ensure that the Constitution is upheld.Vice President/Treasurer
Dominic Phillips
Duities as Vice-President:
(i) To assist the President in his/her activities.
(ii) To carry out the duties of the President where it would be impracticable for the president to do so.Duties as Treasurer:
(i) To keep a record of the income and expenditure of HNCSU.
(ii) To report, when required, on the financial situation of HNCSU.
(iii) To ensure that HNCSU funds are appropriately used.Charities Officer
Olivia Simpson
Duties include:
(i) To assist charities in their activities using publicity, fund-raising, sponsorship and any other suitable means.
(ii) To ensure that the charity being assisted has the approval of the Executive.
(iii) To respond to requests of assistance, either directly from charities or students within the college wishing to help charities.Charities Officer
Chris Bridgeman
Duties include:
(i) To assist charities in their activities using publicity, fund-raising, sponsorship and any other suitable means.
(ii) To ensure that the charity being assisted has the approval of the Executive.
(iii) To respond to requests of assistance, either directly from charities or students within the college wishing to help charities.Entertainment Officer
Jessica Nutt
Duties include:
(i) To use HNCSU funds to organise entertainments throughout the year, including college parties, concerts, end-of-term activities and any other events. The use of HNCSU funds for an event must have the approval of the Executive.
(ii) To ensure that the programme of entertainments is sufficiently varied to involve all students within the college.
(iii) To respond to students' suggestions regarding the programme of entertainments.Entertainment Officer
Abigail Rank
Duties include:
(i) To use HNCSU funds to organise entertainments throughout the year, including college parties, concerts, end-of-term activities and any other events. The use of HNCSU funds for an event must have the approval of the Executive.
(ii) To ensure that the programme of entertainments is sufficiently varied to involve all students within the college.

Adam Lisik
Duties include:
(i) To raise awareness of environmental issues, within and outside the college.
(ii) To assist environmental charities and campaigns. This will require liaison with the charities Officer (s), and is subject to the same provisos.
(iii) To promote and maintain recycling facilities within the college
(iv) To liase with canteen staff regarding provision of food and drinks to students.
(v) To promote healthy eating and healthy behaviour amongst students in the college.Communications and Publicity Officer
Katie Frank
Duties include:
(i) To produce and distribute material to publicise the activities of HNCSU.
(ii) To comply with requests from external organisations to display publicity material, except where this would conflict with the objectives of HNCSU.
(iii) To update displays on the HNCSU notice board.
(iv) To carry out an administrative role on the HNCSU website page to inform students of upcoming events.(v) To obtain feedback from students on previous events to improve provision in future events. Communications and Publicity Officer
