Students have the opportunity to undertake work experience for two weeks. Placements are tailormade to students' career aspirations and requirements. In this way they are able to make informed decisions about future career pathways and university courses. Last year students undertook a wide range of placements including accountancy, teaching, the police, land valuers, sports related work, legal work, health related work, IT and agriculture.
Special requests from students for placements are provided on an individual basis.
There are also further opportunities for students to undertake work placements elsewhere in the European Union.
