If you attend one of the 11-16 schools in Kirklees, either complete in full the online application form or the printed application form attached to the prospectus. Once completed, printed forms should be given to your Careers Teacher or Head of Year 11 who will send it to the college on your behalf.

OR

Complete the Kirklees on-line application form. Your Careers Teacher or Head of Year 11 will help you to complete this application successfully. If you attend one of the schools outside Kirklees, complete in full the online application form or printed form.

Your application for a place at the college must be received by Friday 24 February 2012.
