Teacher of A Level History

Permanent. 0.6 FTE with flexibility to 1.0 FTE.

 

Salary: SFC range 1 – 9 for teaching staff (dependent on experience), which is currently £25,826 - £42,149 per annum (reduced pro rata to £15,496 - £25,289 if appointed on reduced FTE)

 

Due to the expansion in student numbers, we are looking to appoint a talented Teacher of History to join our outstanding College.

History sits in the Humanities, Languages and Literature faculty where the team also deliver A Levels in Geography, Philosophy Ethics & Religion, English Literature, English Language and Literature Combined, French and Spanish. The team currently consists of 10 innovative and highly dedicated teachers who work collaboratively to ensure that students receive an outstanding learning experience and realise their full potential. Several members of the faculty play a key role in contributing to the college Teaching and Learning group, and one team member plays a lead role in the college as an MIE specialist.
