Progress Tutors 

Our Student Support (Pastoral) team is at the heart of our outstanding student experience. We are an oversubscribed College, and with an anticipated growth in the number of students on roll, we are seeking to expand our experienced team with the appointment of a small number of Progress Tutors.
 
As a Progress Tutor you will provide support to students and work with students (individually and in groups) to focus on their learning and study skills, enabling them to achieve their full potential and progress successfully from the College to HE or employment.

Salary:  SFC Support Staff Pay Spine 26 – 28 (£21,451 - £22,828) per annum reduced pro rata to the range £18,476 - £19,662.

Teacher of Geography 

We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, enthusiastic and hard-working teacher of Geography to join our truly Outstanding college.  We welcome applications from both teachers at the start of their career and experienced practitioners.  The successful candidate will be an inspirational teacher who can demonstrate passion, integrity and a genuine commitment to improving the life chances of all our students.  

The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful teaching and assessment of the AQA A level Geography course to Year 12 and Year 13 students.  The course is very well resourced and the successful applicant will join a supportive, collaborative team.  As a new member of staff you will be assigned a supportive mentor and you will participate in the College’s outstanding CPD programme.

Salary:  SFC Pay Spine NSP 1 – NSP 9 (currently £24,098 to £39,329)

Media Technician 

We are seeking to appoint well-qualified, enthusiastic and hard-working individual to join our outstanding College. As a Creative Media Technician you will be required to provide technical support to the Creative Media department under the direction of the Head of Department and teaching staff within the department.
