DANCING (AND SINGING) IN A WINTER WONDERLAND!

HNC is proud to share a gallery and a round-up from our sell out Winter Showcase which took place yesterday, Thursday 4 December.

Our Winter Showcase saw our talented Performing Arts students from our Musical Theatre and Dance courses take our audience on a high energy journey through the musicals, with a range of performances, including excerpts from next year’s annual musical, Chicago.

Guests enjoyed a range of solo and group performances, and naturally, there were some festive themed songs and dances too! There were classics from Les Misérables, Shrek, Beetlejuice, Chicago and Everybody’s Talking About Jamie to name just a few – our gallery below showcases just a few of our talented students in action. Mark Johnson, Teacher of Musical Theatre comments: “Our Performing Arts students worked hard to create a collection of performances that truly showcases their stage presence, skills and talents and we were delighted that both our matinee and evening performance were a complete sell out! The level of professionalism and standard of the Winter Showcase blew the audience away, and the enjoyment of our audience was clear to see as they were certainly not shy with their applause. As a team we are so very proud of our students, and we are already looking forward to our next big show which will be our annual musical, Chicago!”
