Celebration for our Class of 2025 Friday 19 December

Our Class of 2025 are warmly invited to join us for a special celebratory event on Friday 19 December which will take place 3 – 4pm at HNC. Our most recent graduates are invited to join our informal festive themed afternoon tea reception where they will be able to update us about their post HNC journey and enjoy a catch up with HNC staff and friends.

The event is a perfect opportunity to celebrate the fruits of their hard work in the summer 2025 exam series.

Our Class of 2025 also be able to collect their formal exam certificates.

Please note booking is essential and a ticket is required. Due to capacity, this event is for former
students only – guests cannot be accommodated. Booking a ticket is also the only way that certificates will be
available for collection on the day.

If an individual cannot attend this event, they will be emailed separately about arrangements for
collection of certificates. Bookings care now closed and information regarding specific arrangements will be sent 48 hours before the event.

FAQs

What happens if someone is unable to attend this date?
If an individual cannot be contacted they will be contacted regarding alternative dates when certificates can be collected from Reception.

Will all staff be present?
All staff who are in College on Friday 19 December will be taking part. However, naturally we cannot guarantee that all teachers will be present. Staff, including Progress Tutors and our Learning Support team, will also be in attendance.

Can certificates be collected without booking?
No, we are required to store exam certificates securely therefore if a ticket is not booked then certificates will not be available for collection on 19 December.

Will allergies and special dietary requirements be catered for?
We endeavour to cater for specific dietary requirements. There is a space on the form for guests to share any allergies or intolerances. Please note there will be vegetarian options available.

What food will be available?
It is a light festive afternoon tea, so expect a range of bite sized sweet and savoury treats, along with tea, coffee and cold refreshments.

Is there any cost?
No, the event is completely free for our Class of 2025.
