Our Year 10 Open Event will take place on Tuesday 11th July 2023. This event is for Year 10 students who are considering joining a College or Sixth Form in September 2024.

This event is an ideal opportunity to get a head start on researching your options at post-16 and will include the chance to:

  • Speak to our subject specialists about the options available to you
  • Learn more about subjects that are not generally available at GCSE
  • Find out about entry criteria and the Pathways on offer here at HNC
  • Join a range of specialist talks designed to help you map out your future, and understand how you can choose a study programme that supports you to achieve your vision for the future.

This is a face-to-face event and booking is not required. However, students must be accompanied by a parent/carer or adult over the age of 18.  Please note that unaccompanied students will be not be permitted entry to the event. If you are a young person and are unable to attend with a parent/carer or adult please email news@huddnewcoll.ac.uk and we will arrange for a Student Ambassador or member of staff to accompany you during your visit.

Limited parking is available on a first come, first served basis. Disabled bays are reserved for the use of valid badge holders only. Please note that during peak event times there is likely to be queues to enter and leave our campus, therefore we do recommend the use of public transport and car sharing wherever possible. We politely request if you park offsite that you do so with consideration for our local community, and ensure you observe all restrictions.
