In Year 10? Get ahead and join us at our Year 10 Open Event. Tuesday 11th July, 4.30pm – 7.30pm (last entry 7pm)
Our Year 10 Open Event will take place on Tuesday 11th July 2023. This event is for Year 10 students who are considering joining a College or Sixth Form in September 2024.
This event is an ideal opportunity to get a head start on researching your options at post-16 and will include the chance to:
This is a face-to-face event and booking is not required. However, students must be accompanied by a parent/carer or adult over the age of 18. Please note that unaccompanied students will be not be permitted entry to the event. If you are a young person and are unable to attend with a parent/carer or adult please email news@huddnewcoll.ac.uk and we will arrange for a Student Ambassador or member of staff to accompany you during your visit.
Limited parking is available on a first come, first served basis. Disabled bays are reserved for the use of valid badge holders only. Please note that during peak event times there is likely to be queues to enter and leave our campus, therefore we do recommend the use of public transport and car sharing wherever possible. We politely request if you park offsite that you do so with consideration for our local community, and ensure you observe all restrictions.
Our Open Event and lesson taster series for September 2023 entry is now complete. Applicants can still access our virtual Open Event platform which contains a wide range of information to help them to explore why our students love to learn here at HNC. Please note that applicants who have accepted a place at HNC will be invited to further opportunities to explore College and learn more about life at HNC, including our welcome event, Hudd Fest. This event will take place on Monday 10th July. Further information will be sent in due course.
