MUSICAL THEATRE STUDENTS HEAD FOR BRIGHT FUTURES ON THE STAGE

As we approach the end of this half term, we are delighted to reveal that our Year 13 Musical Theatre students have secured offers to continue their education and careers on the stage, progressing to a range of respected universities, courses and opportunities following their two-year journey at HNC coming to an end.

Students who choose to study Musical Theatre at HNC commit to studying the subject full-time over a two-year period, developing the skills that are essential for progressing to the next step of their career on the stage! Throughout the course, students work with our teaching experts to develop their acting, vocal and dancing technique whilst honing their stage presence during a wide variety of live performances that take place in the College’s state-of-the-art Boilerhouse Theatre. It is this experience that prepares our Musical Theatre students to progress to their next steps with confidence.

They have worked incredibly hard over the past two years to develop into genuinely show-stopping performers, and the wonderful destinations they have secured are testament to the hard work, commitment, and dedication they have demonstrated both in the classroom and on the stage. Their passion for performance has shone from the very beginning, and I am delighted that this has been rewarded with some very exciting next steps – they have all truly embraced the College’s motto to ‘become your best self’. I have no doubt that each and every one of the group will go on to be brilliant and I can’t wait to hear all about their future successes”.
