3D Design

A Level

3D Design is a subject that will see you build on your creative and technical skills, expressing your personal style in both 2D and 3D form. This is a hands-on, interactive and inspiring A Level that will see you using a range of materials in your work such as wood, wire, clay, paper and Perspex to create your vision. At each stage of the creative process, you will experiment with materials to explore how and why great design can improve our lived environment!

As part of this you will carry out visual research for your projects using drawings, photographs, and other mediums to develop your concepts, before considering how these might be expressed in a physical form.
