Dance

A Level

A Level Dance is a dynamic performance-based course that will see you hone your dance skills through a range of specialist workshops and performances, working on both individual and group choreography, as well as developing your wider intellectual and academic skills. The course will see students explore a broad range of historical and contemporary dance styles, and you will discover a range of exciting and new performances which will in turn inform your own creativity and choreography. As well as developing your choreography skills, you’ll also experience life behind the scenes of a professional performance; you’ll design and host your own end of year showcase using choreography of your choosing, all whilst earning valuable work-based skills which will support progression into industry.
